I came across this delicious hot chocolate from the Dietitians of Canada that I just had to share! It’s simple to make, incredibly delicious and easy to substitute ingredients for any dietary requirements!
The only thing I would do differently would adjust the amount of almond extract, or eliminate it; I found it left an odd aftertaste in my mouth. Though it may also be because I need to buy higher quality almond extract.
